This practice combines movement, breathwork (pranayama), and gentle strength-building—both physically and mentally—to leave you feeling balanced, energised and ready to move through your day with ease.   

Welcoming all levels, this class encourages a deeper mind-body connection while equipping you with mindful tools that extend beyond the mat.

 No equipment needed, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
